- Derived Data: Leaderboard rankings, achievement status, and analytics compiled from user activity.

Data Retention
- User data is retained for the duration of the organisation's active subscription to the platform.
- Upon subscription termination, data may be retained for up to 30 days for backup and recovery purposes.
- Users may request deletion of their personal data by contacting their administrator or emailing info@team.co.zw.
Third-Party Services
The Culture Storybook platform integrates with the following third-party services:
- Vercel: Hosting and deployment
- Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
- GitHub: Source code repository
- SendGrid: Email notifications and transactional emails
