By accessing or using the Culture Storybook platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
Culture Storybook is an internal organisational tool provided by TEAM Consulting. It enables employee storytelling, culture measurement, and engagement tracking for organisations that subscribe to the service.
3. User Accounts
- User accounts are created and managed by the organisation's administrator.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
- You must not share access codes or passwords with other individuals.
- Unauthorised access attempts or account misuse may result in account suspension.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or deliberately harmful content.
- Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorised to access.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its data.
- Use the platform for any purpose outside its intended organisational use.
5. Content Ownership
- Stories and content submitted by users remain the property of the submitting user and their organisation.
- TEAM Consulting does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
- TEAM Consulting reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Platform Availability
- The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
- TEAM Consulting does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
TEAM Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or other indirect losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
9. Changes to Terms
TEAM Consulting may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
